Is the TrueNorth app really free?

Yes, the TrueNorth app is 100% free for the first user at any trucking company. No credit card required to sign up.

What types of loads does TrueNorth support?

The TrueNorth Loadboard supports dry van, reefer, flatbed and power only. We do not yet support bulk loads, hopper, tanker, stepdeck, lowboy, box truck, hotshot or sprinter van.

The TrueNorth Trucklist (which allows brokers to see your availability and reach out to you with exclusive loads) does support box truck, hotshot, and sprinter van in addition to dry van, reefer, flatbed, and power only.

I am already in a factoring agreement. Can I sign up with TrueNorth?

Yes! You can connect your factoring company to our platform, and we'll send your documents directly to your factoring company.

Is TrueNorth a loadboard?

Yes, the TrueNorth app provides a loadboard with over 100,000 daily loads. But we also go well beyond that. With our free virtual dispatcher service, TrueNorth connects you with brokers who provide exclusive loads before they post those loads to any loadboards.
